We will start this one off with the goods! The 20 week gut! I hate the term bump, its not a bump! Look at that thing !
Even worse! The 28 week gut! Geez. Its crazy to look at that. Baby got front!
I love Ben touching my stomach. It feels like tingling!!!
So... we are on the home stretch! only 10 weeks to go. We are so excited, nervous, anxious and down right scared but we figure those are all expected emotions so we will run with it.
We start labor classes this weekend. We both took our first aid and CPR class at the beginning of the month. It was worth the time and know the hindlick maneuver now.
Couple doctor updates:
Took my gestational diabetes screen and my screen for iron deficiencies. Both tests came back completely normal, which is great. We couldnt be happier about that.
I have switched to every two week visits with the doc now. They have moved me from a normal examining room to a room with a giant leather recliner, I kid you not. I get to go to the doctor and recline. Its awesome. My blood pressure is low, my stomach measurements are normal and the doctor loves the 3 minutes she spends with me for every appointment. She says everything is perfect. Now if I could get off my lazy butt and get some excercise things would be great. I am looking at 40 pounds for this pregnancy. I was hoping for 30 but eh I cant have my cake and eat it too.......hmmmm cake.
Ollie is moving so much. She kicked dad for the first time a couple weeks ago. This last week she is so active, its really strange. Sometimes I have to just sit and watch and concentrate. Its an amazing feeling, but we are still in awe about how weird it is that we created a human being and she is living in my stomach. What an amazing thing this is.
Speaking in the I now. I love my husband so much. I just cant imagine going through this without him. He has been the most amazing, caring, loving, kind, supportive, sensitive gentleman through all of this. I mean he always is all those things. Its just been x 10. I am very blessed to have him be my best friend, lover and soon to be father of my child. Thanks babe. You the beast.
Ollie has so much stuff. We cant believe it. Gramma Sue has been busy making us a million receiving blankets and burp clothes. They are so soft, and smell so good when we get them. She just has a way about her. Thanks Mom, I cant tell you how much it all means to us.
Gramma Rose and Grandpa Tony have been busy knitting away for us. Yes, thats right, Grandpa Tony knits and its awesome. He made ollie the CUTEST heart wash rags. You would think he loves her already. Gramma Rose just knits every cute pattern she can get her hands on. She has made the cutest little sweaters ever. I love them and I love these grandparents. So amazing.

These guys also went in together and bought us a travel system, which means car seat and stroller. Sure did save us a lot of dough. Babies R Us loves us now.
Well enough of this rigmarole. Lets get to the PICTURES!!!!!
This is by far, the GIRLIEST thing I have ever been part of purchasing in my life but its the damn cutest too. Its a swing. Swings arent they same as they used to be, no more hand crank. This swing changes positions, has music and lights and a spinning moblile. We had to put the cat in it of course, she wasnt to hip with it but Mr. Sugarbug seems to like it. And yes.........its pink.
Here is the glorious travel system. Its a stroller and car seat. So the car seat attaches to the stroller so that we can move babes from the car to the stroller with out any hassles. This isn't the one we set out to get, but its darn good. Except the lady at the store made us all look like a-holes when we couldn't figure out how to take it apart and fold it down. Eh. not the first time.
Here is a close up of the pattern. Yes, Cami, more pink.
The cutest little pink bath. Its cute..... and pink.
We found these little hand puppets at world market, and couldn't resist buying them! Ok, ok... I couldn't resist buying them. Ben sorta rolled his eyes at me.
I love this dress. I hope that she gets to wear it more than once. Our friends Brandon and Jessica are getting married in August. I am hoping it fits her for that.
Ben wanted to get her an Easter stuffed animal. I have a feeling there is going to be a "trend" to this. Cute bunny though, except right now, he is nameless.
All the blankets that Gramma Sue has made!
All the blankets that Gramma Sue has made! This girl has more clothes in her closet than I do!

Grandpa Tony's knitted washcloths!
Oh! and for those of you who know about our "bed" we finally stepped up to the big leagues and got a big kid bed for us. Of course its not put together yet, but Ben has promised me soon. Like today or tomorrow soon.
Getting out of bed at this point, sucks.
The End.
