And then... there was a crib..

So many great things!

First, we just want to say THANK YOU for all of the wonderful gifts (some handmade even
!) that we've received for Olivia. It means more than we can express, and we are incredibly blessed to have the family and friends that we do.

Things have been moving along pretty quickly here as of late. We've pretty much launched headfirst into this nesting thing we've heard so much about. We went from figuring out what the hell a breast pum
p does to suddenly having a full blown crib...... in our house. Who would've thunk it could ever be..

Misty's been exercising her creative genes making some beautiful art pieces for Ollie's room, which I will post pictures of in a second. A few trips to the craft store and we've already started to fill Olivia's room up with pretties, which we are enjoying for now until the toys claim the room as they eventually will.

For Valentine's day, we had the chance to take Olivia to her first rock concert (Mark Lanegan/Greg Dulli) which we think she liked... or at least she didn't kick too hard :)

The next few weeks should be pretty smooth sailing; just one checkup with the Doc and then onto the classes! That's right, we're going to be learning all about those wonderful labor goodies, and just how far Misty will be throwing my arm when she rips it off during labor.

For now, we're happy a
s could be and every day we get more excited to meet Olivia. The best part of my day is coming home to rub the belly and talk (more like babble; yes I'm learning to speak baby) to our growing, healthy daughter. As the days go on, our daydreams become more frequent and our excitement surges like ocean waves.

OMG Pictures!
