What a wild ride...

I remember those long ago days where we had all the peaceful, calm, relaxing time to enjoy Misty's pregnancy with Olivia. The jobs were easy, the pace was easy, the sleep schedule was wiiiiiiiiiiiide open, and no one was getting sick from lovely daycare disease factories.

It would be a slight understatement to say it's the opposite this time around :)

While we get more and more excited to meet our lovely Charlotte, life has certainly decided to step up the pace! Poor Olivia has another dual ear infection this week, accompanied by a wonderful stomach bug. Earlier today, Misty had a fun time in the middle of Rite Aid (waiting for Olivia's medicine from the pharmacy). Something about crying, and vomit, and everything just falling apart. Sometimes I really just marvel in awe at the strength of pregnant women.. and specifically Misty! If I get a hangnail, I can't barely move... and here Misty is, growing a human in her belly, working a full time job, being the best Mom that Olivia and Charlotte could ask for, and a loving caring wife to me... all in stride. She doesn't eat Wheaties every morning.. but you'd never know by how well she holds this altogether :)

This post doesn't really have a point if you haven't noticed. hahah. I've just been so incredibly, completely overwhelmed with my job that I haven't made the time to post here in a while. I wanted to jump in and share my thoughts of what's going on. Basically, we just need to quit messing around and win the lottery.

So Charlotte is totally going to be the spitfire I think. She's a MOVER! Spinning and playing, throwin elbows, giving Mom's bladder many swift kicks throughout the day. I just cannot wait to hold this little gem in my arms and introduce Olivia to her little sister. We are so blessed to have these two in our lives.

So much more to say... but alas, work calls yet again. Hoping to go to the park this weekend (if Olivia is feeling better) and get some new pictures/video. I think we've realized now how great it is to have those early pictures and Charlotte needs some new photo shoots ;)
